Вакансия Монтессори-педагога в Японии.

The pay is ¥200,000 per month. More the following year depending on student intake and performance. 

 
Bonuses will be given on completion of every year after the second year. 
 
9:00-4:30 Monday to Friday 
We can sponsor visa and help with an apartment
There are 6 weeks vacation, probably more next year. 

 
The position is for 3-6 year olds but we may need help with 1-3 year olds sometimes. 
 
Max students per class:
1-3 year olds is 12 kids. 
Now there are 5
3-6 year olds is 18 kids. 
Now there are 4
Next year we hope to increase the students by 6-8 kids total. 

 
We are looking for someone who is committed to teaching the Montessori method and can teach alongside the Japanese Montessori teacher who has an AMI 3-6 years international qualification. The candidate does not need to have AMI but must be flexible enough to work with someone with that qualification. 
 
The candidate should have English ability enough to communicate effectively with the children. 
 
We are a very small nursery and treat our kids like family. 
We do not want to stifle kids curiosity but nurture it and allow them to explore things by themselves. 
We want kids to develop tools that will help them learn and pursue their interests competently and confidently. 

 
In the same way, we want to allow the new teacher to have a lot of autonomy when deciding what activities to do with the children. We are a small and flexible team and want teachers to enjoy teaching.
